What we collect

We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We store the Amazon ASINs and listing data you submit, competitor listings fetched on your behalf, and generated listing content. We also collect basic usage data to operate the service.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the service — fetching competitor data, extracting keywords, and generating optimized listings. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your listing content to train AI models.

Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors to deliver the service:

• Anthropic — AI processing for keyword extraction and listing generation
• Rainforest API — Amazon product data retrieval
• Stripe — Payment processing (we never see your card details)
• Railway — Cloud hosting and database storage
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request a data export or ask any privacy questions, email us at privacy@rankscribeiq.io.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
