By creating an account and using RankScribeIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RankScribeIQ is a SaaS tool that helps Amazon sellers optimize product listings using competitor analysis and AI-generated content. The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about ranking improvements, sales increases, or Amazon compliance — results depend on many factors outside our control.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Account page; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
You retain ownership of any listing content and data you input. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You agree not to abuse the service, circumvent rate limits, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer the AI prompts, or use the service in any way that violates Amazon's Terms of Service or applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankScribeIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
